I recently purchased an item online and now its "on sale". Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due to unforeseen issues.

What is your return policy?

  • Any sale purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Final sale, Buy One Get one, and Discounted items are Final. 

  • The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.  

  • Please note due to sanitary reasons, the following items will only be eligible for return or exchange if the tags and hygienic liners (if included) are still fully attached: swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bralettes and hair accessories  (including hats and any other head wear) 

            Defects or Damaged Items: 

 Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrect addresses for order packages. So please make sure you are entering the correct address and that your order is being shipped to a safe and secure location to avoid any issues.

All defects and issues must be notified via e-mail within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images. 

Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned. 

We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your possession for a longer period of time, removed tags, or have washed or worn it. 



Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital store credit. 


Returns MUST be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags still attached and all packing slips included with the return along with a brief reason why a return is being requested. 


Returns must be received within 30 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns older than 30 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your own expense. 

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your refund once we receive it. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages. 


Exchanges are only for the same items in different size or color. 

Exchanges must be done within the 30 day window. 

The item you return to exchange must meet all of the return guidelines listed above.

Ship your return back at your own expense. Once received in, (please allow 5-7 business days for processing), we will ship out your new item.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping for all US ORDERS! 

Any expedited or out of the country orders require additional shipping cost, 

What are your shipping methods?

We ship USPS, UPS & DHL. Please make sure when ordering online, if shipping to a PO Box, you MUST choose USPS, if you chose any other shipping method it will delay the process of your order and will automatically change your shipping method to standard USPS.

How do I cancel my order?

To serve you better, BLACK FOX will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change, or cancel an order once it has been placed. 
Our processing time is 3-5 business days unless you select and pay for expedited shipping.
